Our method was developed for people who have experienced trauma or who are heading toward burnout. While our techniques don’t replace traditional therapy, they incorporate body movement, connect the thinking brain and the emotional brain, and distract critical self-talk, all while producing laughter, embodying vulnerability, and opening up a wider range of possibilities in life. It’s powerful resilience training with a lot of laughter.
